Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of EshuRouter, including the hosted app, API endpoints, dashboard, crypto funding flows, MPP flows, and related documentation.
1. What EshuRouter provides
EshuRouter is a crypto-native, OpenAI-compatible AI gateway that helps you route requests across supported model providers, manage API keys, fund workspace balance, settle agent payments with MPP, view logs, and apply runtime guardrails. Access may change over time as providers, models, and billing systems evolve.
2. Your account and access
You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, wallet connections, and linked identity providers. Keep your credentials secure and rotate or revoke them immediately if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use EshuRouter to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others
- bypass rate limits, billing, or access controls
- abuse model providers, infrastructure, or payment flows
- store or transmit malicious code, credential theft content, or fraud tooling
- generate, request, or distribute exploitative sexual content involving minors or non-consenting parties
Some catalog entries may be marked as adult or uncensored. If you access those models, you confirm you are an adult and will use them only for lawful, consensual, and non-exploitative scenarios.
4. Billing, credits, and fees
EshuRouter may charge for usage, crypto funding, web search, or other paid features. Balances, credits, and promotional amounts may be adjusted to reflect provider costs, platform fees, refunds, reversals, suspected abuse, or operational errors.
Blockchain and wallet-related flows can be delayed or fail due to third-party infrastructure, network congestion, or user error. Completion of an on-chain transaction does not guarantee immediate crediting if verification fails.
5. Third-party services
The service depends on external providers such as Supabase, model vendors, wallet tooling, search providers, and blockchain infrastructure. Their outages, policy changes, or pricing changes may affect availability or behavior.
6. No guarantee of model output
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in business, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if we detect abuse, non-payment, security risks, legal concerns, or behavior that harms the platform or other users.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EshuRouter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, provider uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
