Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information EshuRouter may collect, how that information is used, and where it may be shared to operate the crypto-native AI gateway.
1. Information we collect
EshuRouter may collect the following categories of data:
- account data such as email address, OAuth identity, and wallet address
- usage data such as requests, served models, latency, token counts, and logs
- billing data such as balances, funding records, payment references, and hashes
- support or feedback content you provide through the product or related channels
2. How we use information
We use data to operate, secure, and improve the product, including to:
- authenticate users and manage workspaces
- route model requests and apply billing rules
- detect abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce guardrails
- maintain service reliability, analytics, and support workflows
3. Third-party processors
To run EshuRouter, data may be processed by infrastructure and provider partners, including authentication, database, wallet, search, analytics, blockchain, MPP, and AI model vendors. Those services may handle data according to their own terms and policies.
4. Model prompts and outputs
Prompts, attachments, message metadata, web search sources, and model outputs may be processed and stored to provide chat history, billing records, debugging, and product functionality. Avoid sending sensitive data unless you understand the risks of using third-party AI providers.
We do not proactively monitor, review, or audit the content of your prompts or model outputs as part of routine service operation. Stored records may still be accessed when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve incidents, protect platform security, or comply with legal obligations.
5. Data retention
Chat conversation history, prompts, attachments, and outputs may be retained while your workspace remains active and those records are needed to support product functionality. Usage metadata such as token counts, costs, models used, funding records, and security logs may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and service reliability for up to 12 months after your last activity, or longer when reasonably necessary.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, wallets, API keys, and account access.
7. Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time, revoke keys, disconnect wallets, or request account-related help through the appropriate product contact channel. Some records may still be retained for legal, billing, or security reasons.
8. Policy updates
This policy may change as the platform evolves. Material updates will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
